WARNING!!: THERE MAY BE SOME GOT spoilers in video and text (Up through Season 4), so avoid video and text around final photos if you must.

With most of my work being online, this pretty much means that if I like a tv show it will eventually be ruined. Not only am I often too busy to watch an episode on it’s initial airing, but I have a difficult time avoiding spoilers on the web. Especially from the people I know.

It got so out of hand, I decided I needed a separate low cost phone and plan . That way I could do a little work from my mobile in peace while watching tv.

(yasss my screen is very cracked)

I then proceeded to make Game of Thrones cupcakes. With little tiny chocolate swords that I could use to slowly stab to death every friend who has spoiled a show for me. Well, it’s chocolate so maybe I would just choke them to death.

Seriously, whether you need a phone for work that’s affordable, or looking for a manageable family plan this was a pretty good deal… I went to the Round Rock, TX Walmart to find something, but check yours locally. They offer a Walmart Family Mobile plan for, like, $29.88 per month. It offered unlimited talk, text & data service plan which includes up to 500MB of 4G LTE data. Where have you been all of my life?!?!

super cheap walmart family mobile plan

I picked out a Samsung Galaxy Avant. I can get my work done on it, but it costs only $149 instead of $600 or whatever the ridiculous cost of an iPhone is these days.

Ingredients for Game of Thrones Cupcakes

- Chocolate swords (directions to make these here)

– Raspberry sauce (directions to make this here, I doubled it)

– Large cupcakes

– Any frosting of your choice

– Silver food spray

To being your Game of Thrones cupcakes,  you will need mini chocolate swords. My instructions for making these is here. I created swords both full length, and several short ones.

Take chocolate swords and spray one side. Allow to dry then turn over and spray backsides as well.

Next, to really celebrate the gratuitous violence of the show, I decided my Game of Thrones cupcakes needed blood. My raspberry sauce recipe is easy, delicious, and has only three ingredients. Just double from the instructions here .

Dig small hole in cupcakes and fill with raspberry sauce. Frost cupcake into a mound on top of cupcakes (I used whipped frosting for a rough look).

Very carefully, push chocolate swords into cupcakes, handle down. The back layer consists of tall swords. I then placed smaller swords in the front and to fill in empty areas.
Spray frosting with silver spray.

Jon Snow is coming over to share these Game of Thrones cupcakes with me. I’ll let him lick the frosting spoon. We’d enjoy our new phones and only share our numbers with each other.

Actually, let’s make it a party. Gendry would come. I would have to adopt him and make him feel better about being a bastard child. I’ll take care of you, Gendry. Jaime Lannister could only crash under the condition that he drops his sister like a hot muffin. No, for real. I’ll put it next to the RSVP check mark on his invitation: “Must dump sister forever and take a million showers to attend.”

I’d have invited Kahl Drogo too, but bro is dead.

Game of Thrones cupcakes all day erryday.

That is the dripping blood of every tv show and movie spoiler. Nobody wants to hear the ending from you, asshat. Die little spoilers, die.
