Chocolate Pretzel Caramel Apple Milkshake

Why a chocolate caramel apple milkshake? People think that ice cream is only for hot weather, but did you know that Northeasterners consume the most ice cream? Yah, that’s right. Because freezing you tushie off for 8 months out of the year isn’t enough. Savages.

Makes sense because when I first moved to Texas everyone thought I was standoffish and blunt. How would you be if you freeze your butt off all of the time, and your fave dessert is cold too? It’s a cruel world.

So of course, why not mix a little warm weather with cool weather? Growing up in New England, we would go apple picking in the fall, as soon as the temperature began to cool off. Since cold weather doesn’t shy us away from ice cream, I have decided to fuse the two together.

This chocolate caramel apple milkshake is dripping in fudge and caramel. Apple slices, pretzels, caramel chews, and apple pastries are coated in chocolate and peanuts, then placed on top of a monstrous milkshake. Don’t forget to top with the star of the show: a caramel dipped apple, of course.

The best of both worlds. Enjoy, you brutal New Englanders.
