Frozen flower popsicles are a recipe you can make that's sure to please mom. Using fruit and popsicles, these flowers are perfect for springtime.
  1. Peel green skin off of mango using a potato peeler. Once you get to flesh, carefully peel thin slices on one side of mango. Repeat on other sides of mango.
  2. Place slices in between paper towel and press out moisture. Allow to sit and dry for a bit.
  3. Melt chocolate. Remove a popsicle from freezer and lay down on its side. Place a mango slice at top of popsicle. drop a little chocolate down bottom of mango slice so that it covers the crack between "petal" and popsicle.
  4. Chocolate will harden quickly. Turn popsicle over very carefully, then adhere another slice on other side. If you are able to work quickly, you can add to more petals so that they layer between the first two.
  5. Place in freezer and work on next popsicle. Give at least 45 minutes of refreezing in between each layer of petals to begin adding the next set to a popsicle.
