Snow Globe Jello Shots

The most adorable Prosecco and St. Germain jello shots. Snow globe jello shots are perfect for any holiday celebration.
  • 1 envelope gelatin
  • 12 ounces champagne
  • 4 ounces St. Germain
  • ¼ cup sugar

  2. Trace a bottle with a pencil, then draw a tree inside of the tracing.
  3. Trace tree with sharpie, then place under a larger sheet of parchment paper and trace out numerous trees in a row.
  4. Place candy melts into a chocolate piping bag (they are heat safe). Place in microwave, and melt.
  5. Pipe out tree trunks, then pipe out the rest of trees with other colors.
  6. Pour gelatin over Prosecco, and stir to being dissolving. Cook on low heat until gelatin fully dissolves.
  7. Add sugar and continue to cook until dissolved. Remove from heat. Add St. Germain to gelatin mixture. Pour into jars and place in fridge.
  8. Wait about 25-30 minutes, then drop several snowflake sprinkles onto jelly. Use toothpicks to stir and push sprinkles in.
  9. Once you have added several snowflake sprinkles to your snow globe jello shots, push a chocolate tree upside down into jello.
  10. Right before serving, top jello with sprinkles heaving to the brim. Twist on caps and serve.
