Leftover Thanksgiving Stuffed Burger. A GiANT burger mixed with stuffing and dried cranberries, filled with mashed potato and turkey. Covered in gravy and cranberry sauce.

  • 2.25 lbs ground beef
  • A handful of dried cranberries
  • Stuffing
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh cracked pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon of liquid smoke (usually by barbecue sauce in grocery store)
  • Turkey meat
  • Mashed potatoes
  • Gravy
  • Cranberry sauce
  • Brioche buns

  2. lbs ground beef
  3. Spread out ground beef, minced garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, liquid smoke, dried cranberries, and stuffing across the ground beef then mix ingredients together using your hands.
  4. Form ground beef mixture into a very tall, thick patty. Use fingers to scoop out beef from top. It should look like a bowl at this point. Close sides over top of mashed potatoes and use more ground beef to fill out the top. Patch up ground beef where necessary.
  5. Heat a cast iron griddle to medium high. Coat with vegetable oil. Once oil is waving and moving around the pan, place burger mashed potato side down. Allow to side to brown thoroughly, then flip burger. Turn heat down to just below medium, and place a cover over to trap heat. Allow sides to darken.
  6. Spread cranberry sauce across bottom of bun. Place patty on top then pour gravy over. Top with bun and serve immediately.
