Sweet Potato Chip Nachos
Sweet Potato Chip Nachos
I am always trying to come up with the latest and greatest Friendsgiving (or just Thanksgiving, if you have no friends and are stuck with your family) recipe.
The Cheetos cranberry sauce didn’t go over so well, so I settled for sweet potato chip nachos. Slap me twice and call me Sally! These were so good I suggest making two servings. One to bring the Friendsgiving/Thanksgiving, and one to eat at home on black Friday. While you hide from the general hideous public.
Ingredients for Sweet Potato Chip Nachos
Sweet potato chipsMarshmallow cream
Toffee Bits
Mini Marshmallows
Diced peanuts
Cinnamon
To begin your sweet potato chip nachos, spread sweet potato chips onto a pizza stone. Scoop marshmallow cream into a sandwich storage bag. Cut the tip, then piped all over. You can just spoon marshmallow cream on top of chips if you really want to!
Spread the rest of the toppings over the marshmallow cream. Place in oven and turn broiler setting on low. Watch nachos, as it only take a few minutes for it to brown! Once lightly toasted, remove from oven and serve.
Eat these sweet potato chip nachos after getting drunk on Thanksgiving eve. It’s delish. Just don’t forget it in the oven, dummy.
